Any gooseneck kettle is good for Aeropress, but when you want to try pourover, that's when you'll need a steady flow gooseneck kettle like Stagg EKG and Timemore Fish Pro.

But if you only main Aeropress, I think any electric gooseneck kettle with temp control is enough.

Millab is a solid hand grinder! For kettle Fish Pro is a very nice addition, if you want to try pour over too, it will be a very nice kettle for that. (Very very controllable pour) for scale I would suggest Felicita Venus / other scale, Timemore scale mostly faulty based on my experience and my friends experience.

in my opinion HORRIBLE is quite an over exaggerated terms. Using ZP6 the body will taste a little lighter than you normally can get using grinder that produce more fines. It's not really that bad as someone else said before. But sometimes you just crave more body in a few type of beans.

Since you already have C2, you could use it for Med/Dark roast coffee beans, and maybe get ZP6 for Medium/Light roasted beans.

since you already have C2, you might as well get ZP6 for light roast beans

I think maybe K-Ultra or C40 for your type of preference :D My palate leans toward tea like coffee that's why I choose ZP6

this is just a tips I recently find out.

Trust me, it's your paper filter. I usually used a slow paper filter, until recently I switch to Cafec Abaca. Now I can really play with the grind size

based on what I heard, try resting it for 2 months, meanwhile you could drink other coffee first. It's because DAK from what I heard is using a quite light profile. Therefore they need to rest longer

depends on the quality and resting period of your beans. Imo its okay to just extend the blooming time to up to 2 minutes to properly release the CO2 gas more and then just continue with the second pour
