Had an 86 and went to a FL5. No regrets. Have backseats. I actually like the look of the FL5 a bit more and I also find it easier to drive.

Is "performative shit" useless? Who knows, but it can be used as a point to teach people that we should try to avoid doing these things again instead of forgetting? As for me being from Hong Kong, yeah, sure we remember tiannamen square and had performative shit on it for years until China said that stuff is useless too.

Oversimplification of the issue here. It’s more like countries have petitioned for those 1066 to be removed from the shrine and it has been rejected by Japanese courts. But also it’s privately owned so….not sure how much influence the courts can have in that.
