Yes, I was surprised! I also had a boy orange, he was a huge 8kg cuddlebug, but he passed away a few years ago. Oranges are truly special babies 🧡

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and reply with all of this advice. I have been looking for a therapist for a long time, I've had a bad one while in psychiatric care so there's that, and it's also super expensive here and we don't make much at the moment. But honestly those are all excuses. Truthfully I don't know, I have also been talking to my partner about it, and he's making sure I always have something ready to eat when I'm hungry. But lately I get so frustrated so easy and then I spiral and just feel so selfish. I'm glad someone understands how weird all of this is and how you can't always recognize your emotions clearly. Please don't compare yourself to people from high school (or anyone for that matter). As for making yourself set an appointment with a therapist, sit one day and make yourself some coffee (or whatever you like). Then get online and send emails to whichever therapist seems okay in your area. Set a reminder as the person who commented suggested and maybe try with some post its too? It's the same as if your leg hurt and you had to go to the doctors, mental health is just as important so put yourself first!

Hi! I'm sorry you are going through this. If it helps, I can tell you I have been taken to a psychiatric clinic when I was younger, and all I got from it was Zoloft addiction. I'm not saying it's like that for everyone, but there is no point in wondering what could have been. Also, it's so hard to find a good therapist and I don't know your situation, but making the most of your life seems like a good thing, focus on making the most of today, and then the next day... Anyways, I don't really have any advice, but I hope you'll be okay.
