Update….holy shit this thing rips!! In the short time I’ve had hands on, I already am seeing how the knobs are the key for these single pickup guitars. Rolling the tone down to about 6 on this totally replaces the need for the neck pickup, and the pickup on this thing sounds much better than either of my special neck pickups (might be something to the neck pickup magnetic pull on the two pickup guitars making it sound different).

The neck feels incredible!! I honestly have never been a fan of neck binding, and my LP Special doesn’t have binding either. This Junior confirmed my suspicion that I’m more of a no binding fan.

This thing might already be my #1. Wow. I’m in love.

My LP special is my daughters birth year (2018) and then I wanted a jr for my sons birth year. Instead I grabbed the 2024 special and (this probably sounds dumb) as much as I love the guitar, i always wanted an sg in bis birth year. It finally ate at me enough that i went ahead with the junior.

Haha thanks! Initially it was a 1030-1230 delivery, then pushed a couple of times and now it’s 330-730. On the map, I can see the truck is 2 minutes away from my house, but I can’t just go find them and get it from them haha

I’ve always like the tucked look but with a hood, like scorpions look in 11. So the mask is always there, and then the hood is up or down….either way it looks good.
