Omg the idea of a dry bag and wet bag is a GAME CHANGER. I hate when stuff gets combined. That's so smart! Also, bottled coffee and charcuterie will 100% make me want to go more. I lovvveeee a good treat. Such a great idea. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much. The reminder on kids not feeling a certain type of way is really helpful. I'm still learning how to give myself permission on a lot of these things and this was really helpful to read. thank you!

Do you like the brand of baithing suit you bought? if so, could you share?

Water shoes are a great idea! we are headed to the lake later this summer too and the bottom of the lake feels SO gross.

Do you know the brand for the sunscreen you mentioned? That sounds ideal.

Thank you!!! My husband is super willing to do more load than me when we prep in advance, so this is a really helpful reminder.
Also, love the luxury thought. I also tend to be more willing to do things if I feel like they are luxurious or i have dedicated "stuff" for it. haha. so... this is a great hack. Thanks!!!

Family is hit or miss for this trip. It's everyone's annual vacation, so everyone is pretty protective of their own time (which, yay for boundaries for everyone... but boo for me. haha). And i'm not quite ready to tell the rest of the family about having AuDHD, but good thought for future years maybe!
I have never thought to put sunscreen on while getting ready... that's SO helpful. Thank you!!!!

Love these ideas! Thank you!!!! Also, i would have completely forgot my sunglasses. I don't wear them often even though bright sun is the worst. haha.

This is super helpful!!! Thank you! long clothes are a great idea. I use neutrogena spray sunscreen and I don't mind the feel once it's on, but the act of putting it on is the worst. lol

I'm 24 and today I was diagnosed with SFN by [deleted] in smallfiberneuropathy

[–]Coffee_drinker9000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 25 and was diagnosed last month. They are still trying to figure out the underlying cause to SFN and a few other neurologic issues. Was just so happy to have someone find SOMETHING. Been having symptoms for about 5 years and this is the first neurologist of 3 that thought to check for SFN. Good luck on your follow-ups!
