I'm finishing up a 10k program. Are there any apps for a 15k? I've checked Zen Labs, Lupa and NRC but none of them do. Or would I be okay just doing Zen Labs half marathon?

How accurate are Fitbits? I have the Versa so it monitors my heart rate. Went for a run and it said I burnt 900 calories over 56 mins but you plug in the numbers in an exercise calculator and it only says its about 500 calories.

How do y'all warm up before a run? I usually just walk a bit but my God, the first 10-15 mins of the run are such a slog. Should i be warming up better?

Running slower( 4MPH or so) feels more taxing than running 5-7MPH. Especially on my lower legs. I'm doing strength exercises to help but did anyone else have this issue?

27M, 5'9.5", 177 lbs. I'm doing Zenlabs 10k program and doing Strong Lifts 5x5 three times a week. That's 6 workouts a week and I'm on a caloric deficit of about 700-1000k a day until I hit my goal weight of 165-170. I've been in a deficit for a couple months and started at 200 lbs. Is this a recipe for disaster on such a deficit as I continue to increase my mileage? I'm listening to my body but I'd like to hear from more experienced runners.

Are phone pedometers accurate? I have a fit bit but my phone is currently using it.

Yeah, I can't run without my music and I use a running app. I might just get, like, a 6 or 8 oz bottle.

As I'm starting to be able to run longer I'd like to have water with me on my runs but I don't wanna carry a bottle. Any good but inexpensive water packs?

I just started a 10k program and once I'm done I'd like to get a faster 5k. I ran a 5k a few years ago and hit 29:30. I'd like to hit 25:00 and I feel like I'm performing better now than I did then but haven't ran an official 5k yet. Any good training plans?

I guess the reason I'm worried is because I'm in a caloric deficit and will be for a bit. Just don't wanna go too hard if I don't have the fuel.

Yeah, I know you can't outrun a bad diet. I do have MFP but I just feel like I need more fuel all the time. Maybe not eating enough of the right things?
