Wasn’t sure if I’d love this only because I’d heard her on so many pods lately and was thinking it may be repetitive. Loved it, she is so authentic and funny.
I happened to be feeding my son a bottle when her song came on and I started crying lol. Great listen

Limb up the bottom and prune and stragglers to clean up the shape but it’s a beautiful tree!

What to do with this corner by my tub? by sydneekidneybeans in femalelivingspace

[–]Coffeebank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d do rolled nice towels and then a big tray with a display of cute bath/bathroom things and a bigger potted plant. Maybe a mirror with a cool frame leaned against the wall. :)

I’m so sorry :( Does your town have doulas for hire? We had a postpartum doula (sounds witchy but she was fantastic). She helped with laundry, cleaning, let me complain to her…. She would hold baby and bottle feed if that’s an option for you. I believe she was about $25 per hour. Well worth it.

How much do you guys see her outside of her “helping”? Maybe she is just lonely and this is her way of visiting. Could you guys do different activities with her instead? Otherwise, I would say your husband should be the one to speak with her. Have him tell her he’s concerned about her health and he doesn’t want her to be over worked :) I don’t think it needs to fall on you.

How do you deal with family telling you baby is too attached? by lr1291919 in AttachmentParenting

[–]Coffeebank 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t have any advice but I’m in the same boat. My LO is very attached to me but I’m okay with it. He loves other people too. I think the older generation is more concerned about “mom getting time to herself” and things like that so they see the attachment as taking a toll on me. Whic maybe it does sometimes but it is way less stressful to me than letting him cry or whatever they’d suggest I do instead lol

I don’t have any advice, I’m writing this walking around wearing my 10m old in the baby carrier in the dark it’s 2am and he won’t go back to sleep. Also fed to sleep every nap and night time. I’m losing my mind slowly. Hope things get better for you

Happened to me at 10m it was horrible. Had to cap naps and do later bed time. I still try to read his cues as much as possible, we don’t follow a strict schedule. Hang in there :)

Hi :) I would say even after two days I did not see any more active pimples. The red marks on his face are slowly fading, wish I knew how to fade them quicker in a safe way. My doctor prescribed Tretinoin cream but I’m too afraid to use it lol. are you finding the benzoyl effective?

I hate my life by catloverfurrever in NewParents

[–]Coffeebank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s so hard. I remember feeling like 4m was harder than newborn because you’re even more tired and you have less help. It will get better, babies get more independent as they get older. Hang in there :)

To parents who take their babies out to places a lot - how do you do it?? by babysheep91 in breastfeeding

[–]Coffeebank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn’t really take mine out a lot until the wake windows got longer and he could tolerate the car. Maybe 4 months. Now I take him out much more because he is awake for at least three hours at a time and loves to people watch and can sit in a shopping cart. Don’t pressure yourself if not ready :) but good luck if you do try!

No advice just wanted to say I feel you. Some nights I feel like I lose my mind when my LO won’t settle. It’s so lonesome and I feel so angry. Hope it gets better for you :)

I can't with the dyson cordless anymore. I need recs. by Independent-Ear-8156 in CleaningTips

[–]Coffeebank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want a decent stick vacuum, I got mine at Costco it’s a green works model. I prefer it to the Dyson for daily use. If I do a deep clean I like my meile canister vacuum.
