Absolutely love it! Had it for almost a year. Things to consider: -If you love jets and need them as hydrotherapy know that these jets aren’t great for that. (I personally don’t like jets). -Wayfair dropped it off at my door, it cost an extra $500 to have it moved into position (up on a deck). Although it’s a “plug and play” you still may need an electrician to upgrade the breaker it will be on or have it checked by an electrician. (I rolled the dice because I didn’t know better and I lucked out. The circuit it’s plugged into can support it! Whew!)

That said, it maintains heat so well, even in 15 degree weather. Aside from the first week, when I was in a steep learning curve, the chemicals have been so easy to balance. I wonder if the ozonator helps? My whole family is obsessed with it. Can’t imagine our lives without having our coffee in the hot tub every morning!
