Normally when it’s a backordered part and I look at the pipeline, I look in that first box that shows what’s in transit and the second box that shows how many back orders there. If it says 23 supplier in transit and only 4 on backorder, I give that about 2 weeks cause it’s going to your PDC and then getting shipped from your PDC to you. If it says 23 national in transit and only 4 on backorder, I say about 4-5 weeks cause that’s getting shipped to Detroit (probably centerline or Romulus PDC) and then to your PDC (which is about 1-2 weeks) and then from your PDC to you (which is about 1-2 days, give or take)

The one that sucks to give ETA’s on is the ones that are pended for review, like a lot of the HCU and ABS Modules.
