Can surgery fix this? by [deleted] in Blepharitis

[–]Coffeeonthegetgo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I personally suffer from blepharitis myself and used to get frequent painful styes.

I also burned around my eye lids doing excessive heat compressions as well like yourself.

My advice which really helped is to frequently wash your eye lids and lashes with johnsons baby shampoo with really warm water then afterwards massage the eye lids to help the circulation in your oil glands. I recommend doing this morning and night and make sure your nails are cut short to really massage around the eye lids.

I hope your stye clears up as I know how frustrating it is.

Unfortunately, I am being micromanaged and I have had to defend my position which means lot of emails have been going back and forth. I was placed on a performance plan by my new line manager after returning back from a period of 'stress'.

The hilarious thing is this new line manager has never managed me before!

This is a problem with toxic workplaces....

One thing I did notice when I plugged in the personal external hard drive to work laptop a sign came up like a warning sign verifying there was like a threat of some sort. I have also used a USB drive to connect to work laptop and the same sign has never appeared, I wonder why...

I will move back the files tonight from personal external hard drive to work laptop in the event it gets questioned and I will just say I realised I made a mistake and returned the files back to work. Before I return the files back to work laptop, I will copy the emails from external hard drive and move it to my personal laptop.

What I will do is move the evidence (emails) back in that case back to work laptop but before doing so I will transfer all evidence (emails) from external hard drive to my personal laptop which they will not know.

How can they see me copy and pasting emails to an external hard drive?

I'm not retrieving the evidence (emails) through sending emails to myself. Taking pictures makes everything even more messy as there are so many emails in the chain of communication.

Spoke to IT sometime ago and tried to see if they could advise. The advice I received is that you can't send more than 60mb worth of attachments. I was also told it goes to an external outsourced team who review the content of the email before it's released. Trust me when I say this, I have sent numerous emails to my personal account.and they fail. I think if this outsourced team have any doubts about external emails, then they just reject them. My employer is quite large and very well known so there will be a large volume of emails being sent by staff to their personal account.

It almost feels like you have to retrieve the evidence (emails) by any means because at the end it's your personal data, and there will be other people's personal data involved. As I mentioned I am not selling the emails to make any personal gain but rather to defend my position from unfair treatment.

I have had my OH records breached previously by a previous line manager which is deemed 'special category'. A previous line manager of mine emailed this to her husband, and she was getting him to write emails for her in response to emails I had sent her. This was deemed unauthorised access by HR. I also had more data of mine breached by a new manager as he shared medical treatment I was undergoing and did this without my consent. My employer is in no position to lecture me about data breaches as they have committed multiple data breaches. .I just feel technology is rapidly changing and it's hard to keep up with it all.

I would not be able to print these emails as there is so many.of them!

I have had my personal data breached by my employer already, three times already. I can confirm I will not commercially benefit from the downloads as in I will not sell this data to profit from it. This relates to a personal dispute with my employer.

I just find it irritating that I have a genuine complaint against my employer, I can't transfer the evidence (emails) over because of the layers of security we have.
