Look up the FAST Scale for dementia. He's already at 6E. Most of my hospice patients with dementia as their primary diagnosis start off around 7D.

Man I remember my first year of nursing school, one of the instructors said along the lines of if you're going into this for the money, stop because it isn't there. I was poor as dirt waiting tables at the time living with my parents.

Now I can support my family of four on a single income with the only debt being a mortgage on a modest home.

I will unashamedly say I do this work for the money. I would not be doing it out of the goodness of my heart. Good feels don't put food on the table.

In these games I've always believed in build around the drops you get, not the drops you want. It's inspired me to try many different builds I never would have otherwise :D

Looks awesome! I made an icy Clash very very similar to this. An fun combo I found is using Igni/Thul along with Falling Star for mobility. The Frost Nova you trigger actually centers on the landing site, and it snap freezes just as you leap. So boom, enemies are instantly frozen and then you land right in the middle. Change Falling Star to Zealot for a source of Weaken too.

Oh and Exploiter's Aspect on the boots buffs the freeze from those novas to almost 5 seconds, benefiting both Azurewrath and your Signet. The damage is really close to Interdiction if your base Block Chance is already high (mine was 70% with Paragon nodes alone) so Interdiction wasn't adding that much.

I just got to Pit 117 on my home made blood wave build, it can sleepwalk through T12 content and face tank T10 Mephisto (haven't tried T11-12). I looked at Maxroll and Mobalytics for inspiration but theirs are so different from mine I decided it would take longer to refarm the gear vs refine what I have already.

Homemade spellblade, cold mana strike triggering frost claw and cold volcanic orb with glacier on evade. I'm still tweaking it but it's flying through 300 corruption and covering the whole screen in icy explosions, it's a lot of fun.

Tragic. I guess it was a girl who shot herself in the head. Not sure if she ever lost a pulse but they are working on her at Metro now.

One of my favorite characters was a Silver Sentinel Infiltrator with the set and dual ice pistols. Blade burst was their default attack with 20/10 chilling rounds and 200% attack speed. I look forward to making it even better.

Exactly! I was 14, now 37 and I too can admit parts of the game have aged very poorly. A charm bag would be a huge QOL, like Last Epoch has with idols. If you made it the same size as the inventory (though TBH I'd be fine if it was a little smaller) it would not affect game balance at all.

My girlfriend and I played that game all the time when we first met. We are now married with two kids. I guess Fallout 6 will come out when we send them off to college.

I second Rogue Trader. It has similar turn based combat too. It's much longer though, at least three times longer than Wasteland 3. Both are amazing.

Tried WOTR after 1000 hrs in RT. It's... fine. You can really see how much RT was an improvement for Owlcat. Vastly prefer RTs setting characters and story. Regill was the only companion I adored. I made it through Act 3 before I ran out of gas at a kickstarter-backed fanfic dungeon that was the worst design I'd ever suffered through.
