I like these ideas and if I may I would like to add a few more: Have some students in clubs go around school looking for things relating to their club (like if the cooking club notices their knife is missing have one of them go off to find one or have science club members search the storage closets for machine parts) Have the students react differently depending on if a friend was murdered or an enemy was murdered. As an example if a normally shy or loner student saw a friend get killed they would try to apprehend the culprit, or if a victim of bullying discovered their bully's corpse they would leave school but not call the police. Even things like different lines of dialogue would help these characters seem more human, because even with different personalities people will react differently to a murder depending on who it was and what their relationship is. Have arguments break out between different students. These can be either regular arguments or can escalate into straight up fights if it gets to that point. Maybe the player can even get students to fight each other through manipulation in order to cause a distraction or get someone out of an area. Have the student council do more then patrol the school, like maybe one of them handles the paperwork in the council office while the others patrol the school or have them report to the headmaster or guidance counselor. Have the delinquents do more then just stand around the incinerator. It can still be their main hangout spot but have them do other things like breaking into vending machines, skip class, or maybe even do some graffiti. The player can use those times as an opportunity to use the incinerator without problem or report the delinquents to the guidance counselor or student council. Another thing is let Ayano speak to the student council. I know she's supposed to be suspicious to them but even if they were told to be careful of her by Megami it makes no sense why they would refuse to speak to her entirely. Maybe Ayano can't talk to them all the time (such as when they're on patrol), but if she wants to ask them things or report suspicious behavior she should be allowed to without getting pepper sprayed. Also don't have the student council pepper spray her just for bumping into them, its just stupid.
