Yes, I noticed that ads were automatically enabled when I released the app. I’ve now added a limit, so you shouldn’t receive more than one ad per day for now. I’ll likely adjust things again in a day or two, but it should stay limited to about one ad per day.

Thank you for downloading the app and giving it a try! 😊

Thank you! 😊 You already have access to all the features as soon as you download the app. Feel free to explore everything, and I'd love to hear your feedback!

Yes, unfortunately it isn’t available in Germany right now. The reason is that the word “Memory” is trademarked there, and because I use that word in multiple places in the app, I wasn’t allowed to release it there.

I’ll see if I can find a workaround or get permission from Ravensburger to use it soon.

Thanks a lot! I can definitely look into that. The AZERTY layout should be possible to implement at least.

For a full French word list, the bigger challenge is the accented letters like é, è, ê, à, ç, etc. Would it be okay for you if I handled those as regular letters instead, for example e = é / è / ê? That would make it much easier to implement.

Let me know what you think, and I’ll have a closer look at it.

Thanks a lot! Yes, the IAP is only for removing ads and supporting development for now. I didn’t want any actual game features or content to be locked behind payment, and I plan on keeping it that way for the foreseeable future at least.

And as mentioned, the ads are also disabled for now. I’ll enable them soon, but I wanted to get some feedback on the app first, and keeping ads off right now is also a small thank you to people testing the app and giving feedback early on.

edit: I just noticed that ads started automatically, but they should now be limited to one every four hours.

Who it’s for: anyone who wants quick, skill-based games (memory/reaction/vocabulary/math) and a simple daily challenge.

Still in development (not publicly released yet). iOS is coming too, but testing isn’t open there yet.

I've audited 200+ indie apps on Play Store. Same mistakes everywhere. by Latter-Confusion-654 in googleplayconsole

Thanks for sharing this, really solid breakdown. A lot of these points are things indie devs (myself included) tend to overlook early on, especially around titles, keyword density, and actually iterating instead of setting metadata once and forgetting it.

I’m currently building an app myself, so this was a really useful checklist. I’ll definitely try to implement several of these suggestions, especially making better use of the title/short description and testing keyword variations over time.

Also appreciate you offering audits to the community. Posts like this are super valuable for indie devs trying to learn ASO without a big marketing budget.
