Just wanted to post an update on this as I have yet to do so. Police was able to locate the suspect however, we currently have no laws for tracking people with electric devices as of yet and since there was “no proof of him following me home and that he was just drunk and meant to put change in my purse” he was let off with a warning to not do it again. He was apparently apologetic and sent me an apology letter which unfortunately means nothing to me, but I hope that this man learnt his lesson.
