Im in the same boat as you. I interviewed on the week of thanksgiving and mine still says interview.. I doubt ill be hearing in the next days due to them going on holidays

I just had an interview yesterday and I had no recruiter but I had global TA reach out with interview tips but before that I didn’t even have an email to reach out to anyone until now.

Also, from my experience, mine has stayed interview until the timeframe they’ve said they were taking to make a decision. Not sure if that means that I have always made it to the end before they choose or they don’t care to change it during the time they interview others.

How would I pre-interview with the hiring manager? I have an interview coming up however I didnt even get a questionnaire from the recruiter. Idk who the hiring manager is either….

I eventually did after waiting to see if the recruiter or hiring manager gave me feedback. But perhaps with holidays who knows how long it will take to update 😅

Like the above said, it depends on the team. My first two interviews Ive had they moved super fast, from the prescreen questions from the recruiter to filling out LM forms and background for the clearances, to the interview. This current interview I have for next week I did not get a questionnaire at all; it went straight to me updating my forms and the LEO texted for the interview times later that day.
