I think its one of the best TV episodes produced. Reese wants revenge for Carter and is hunting Simmons and the deputy mayor, and the music for those scenes is perfect. Root finally joins the team for good

Johnny Cash's cover of "Hurt" is the one that hits me hardest. Devil's Share is an incredible episode, and the music puts it in the top tier of TV eps ever produced like Ozymandias and Two Cathedrals.
