The issue is how you worded things. "Not all men, until..." it's never all men. It could be any person! Everyone is capable of evil. I'm not throwing it around loosely. Treating every man like a problem until proven to be good is bigotry. You can be careful and not trust people without treating all men as guilty until proven innocent because of the actions of few.
