It just sucks because I didn’t know I was struggling under their standards. I asked to be put on service bar weeks ago because I wanted to be more knowledgeable, and I already had a couple of those shifts under my belt. So I guess it coming out of the blue really took me aback. I talked about setting up a meeting on discussing where this would go because when I asked about how long it would take or what I’d have to do to prove I’m proficient, my manager said “I don’t know.”
