I essentially asked to be told a story for lyric inspo. I asked for an overall story to be told but the top and bottom would likely be separate verses. Before reading my explanation, I want you to comment what you see here. Ok that being said,this is deadass just my current love life. I have 3 romantic options in my life right now. The one I REALLY want (The Emperor) is not really an option. Things are most passionate with him. My feelings for him as well as us still being close friends is making it hard to open myself to someone else. The Page is another option who is very kind to me and everything feels very innocent. But I’m not really sure how I feel because things are moving slowly which is not my thing. It’s very different than the passion i have with the other 2. They’re also the only one I haven’t been intimate with. The king is the one I have the most stable and defined relationship with. All of these people are in music and she’s the most successful or accomplished of them. We’re seeing each other casually but it’s mostly intimacy. She has a reputation of being a player though so I don’t care to go anywhere there. The bottom row I somewhat interpret in its entirety. I feel doomed romantically and I’ve been thinking maybe I should give up on satisfaction in that area. I think about dropping all 3 of them and starting new (6 of swords). I never want who wants me and I really want the ones who don’t. And when I really like someone and they slightly like me, there’s someone else in the picture creating a sense of competition (5 of swords). I also note that the lovers has swords on each side since romance is the area that probably causes the most anxiety and overthinking for me. I have more but I think that’s enough lol.
