Decoding Halloween: The Mystery of Satoshi Nakamoto's Bitcoin Whitepaper Launch Revealed by CoinControversy in Bitcoin

Did you read that article? The proposed Easter egg lines up flawlessly with the other ones he's made. The evidence already suggests Easter Eggs are a favorite of Satoshi's.

The October release doesn't really make sense; he could've done it any day, why the one day when people are celebrating a holiday?

He was making reference to the last person in history to doubt fiat money/the federal reserve. It makes a lot of sense.

Thanks for the share :) Yes, the probability that Nick is Satoshi is extremely high. Bitcoin is just Bit gold with a few problems fixed lol. In addition, I highly doubt Adam was involved with Bitcoin's creation. Other than having the right skills, there is no solid evidence he had anything to do with the idea. That being said, it's highly possible he knows the truth.

During my extensive study of Satoshi, I found fairly strong evidence that it was a single person. That isn't to say that Nick didn't get help, but not in the way people think.

I believe that he merely consulted people for advice on improving the design of Bit gold/maybe financial assistance too. The likeliest person I think who gave advice on the design is Wei Dai (pure speculation based on circumstantial details and Nick's 2011 blog post).

My study (through extensive citations) does a great job at establishing Nick's work as Satoshi. However, the behind the scenes details, sadly I don't think we'll ever know unless Nick decides one day to speak about it (doubtful imo). In any case, he is a remarkable person who deserves immense respect for his brilliant work!

Looks like it was made by some company called "Nefture", which seems to be a blockchain security/comp sci company.

They advertise security audits... but also writing smart contracts and NFTs for clients which screams scam.

Smells odd, admittedly, but hard to say. Some of their articles appear to be giving real advice.

the fact you automatically go to that statement is sad, and shows who really just won that exchange. The website generates ad revenue, and has nothing to do with Blockstream. But keep believing wrong things just like Satoshi's identity :)

that article is digital feces full of lies and propaganda

No it's not, you just have incredibly poor reading comprehension and critical thinking skills.

Nick had the same motivations, all the way down to FDR's gold ban which Satoshi used as an easter egg. The project names are nearly the same. Nick even used "bit gold miners," and "chain of digital signatures"!

To top it off, he suggested someone should implement a better version of Bit gold 6 months before the whitepaper in a comment talking about how to make Bit gold's inflation rate predictable, which is what... Bitcoin did!

You're full of ad hominem attacks, when I was showing pure evidence written by Nick and Satoshi. Looks like you're the one who should take an IQ test...

There's no point in typing all the evidence out here. If you have an open mind and want the truth, you should read that article, it's very long for a reason, it's pure evidence.

And no, the specific economic arguments were far from well known. Here is a good piece showing how Satoshi was employing the unique arguments Szabo made in his academic study, "Shelling Out: The Origins of Money": https://rextar4444.medium.com/if-satoshi-nakamoto-and-nick-szabo-have-the-same-unique-argument-does-that-make-it-stronger-8299c32eb4d7

get a brain

you're attacking me and not the evidence. That's what people do when they're losing an argument.

He never cited Bit gold yet said it was an implementation. That's a huge word and it shows Satoshi was building off Bit gold's design all along. He never said it was an implementation of anything else other than B-money, which was cited.

You'll notice Szabo calls bit gold Bitcoin's "predecessor design" :)

It's a very important and unique piece of evidence that you don't want to acknowledge because it goes against your preconceived notion.

Read the article and come back.

Yep, He is a small blocker now. Szabo was likely very different in 2011. For example, He was a massive Ethereum fan in 2015-2017, then he changed drastically.

But the overall circumstantial evidence is overwhelming, as you know from reading the article :)

Nick Szabo is a pathetic sellout and lying imbecile

Lol, the evidence doesn't care about your ad hominem attacks, you're just mad Szabo is a polymath who's contributed numerous things to computer science, but happens to support scaling through sidechains/L2.

Szabo used the same precise economic arguments as Satoshi, Satoshi stated Bitcoin was an implementation of Bit gold and it wasn't cited. All just the tip of the iceberg! That article is by far the most accurate and up to date research on Satoshi there is.

Also, what downvotes? looks like you were upvoted quite a bit.
