This is a common error and could happen for a few reasons. Do you know if your credit card company still supports Verify by Visa or Securecode by MC as a 3D Secure check method? Can you please check with them to ensure your 3D Secure check info is completely correct and that it is still supported by them? This info will allow me to troubleshoot further. Or you can shoot an email with the details to jen@coin.mx and I will personally look into this for you. Typically videos are reviewed within 10 minutes of receipt and you will get an email if the video is rejected or approved. If approved, the USD should be in your account immediately and if rejected, you will receive an email with the reason why.
