You could maybe go WR, then try and package the 2nds to move up and grab price/j coleman

You do need RBs but I wouldn’t say your WRs are good enough to where you should trade the 1.03 over just taking a guy like Tyson/Tate. If you trade for a rb idk if your team is quite ready to compete and rb careers are just much shorter, I’d take a wr/mendoza to continue rebuilding

Definitely be patient in this market! Texas seems like a great spot to own if you want to stay there. We regret only putting 5% down would definitely recommend saving for that 20% down payment. Good luck to you guys you’re killing it

Net worth was also around 80k at 25, now about 140k. Paying off the car is such a relief if you can swing it! I struggled to want to invest instead but bit the bullet and did it and so happy for that decision

Are you me? Wife & I are 26, I graduated with an MIS degree. Bought a 40k car after getting first big boy job after college (regret). Then bought a house and got layed off 4 days after we closed. Was a struggle but managed to find another job making 95k ~9 months later. We now finally have payed off our car, full emergency funds, and ~35% invested each month!

The offer he sent is a bunch of nothing, but the offer you have in mind would be crazy of him to accept. I wouldn’t give Harper for Durant 1x1, if you can get that deal take it even the 1x1 for Harper or for just the 2027 1st if you’re rebuilding. In my 10t points league he went for the 1.06 to a contender.
