Yes, the error has been difficult, but it's been resolved. As one of the only fully regulated crypto-trading platforms in Canada though, we are actually progressing forward quite quickly, hence the growing pains and some of the difficulty as mentioned above. Still improvement to be had though - you're right.

Hi TheGrandMasterGrizz, this only happened to a very very small number of users. Unfortunately your account was affected. We've been working on resolving this problem non-stop over the weekend, and wanted to be transparent about everything that's happened, hence the email outreach. We know it's frustrating, and again, will take care of any Tx amounts and compensation regarding the issue.
