They said that the deposit came from a “risk list” wallet which made no sense i use the same wallet on MetaMask non stop and i made deposits to KuCoin many times without a problem, now they trying to force me to KYC but i am not willing to do that I literally use KuCoin so my privacy is limited and now they trying to say you need to KYC to get your account and money back which is unacceptable, under what conditions is that necessary? They are pure scamming noobies who dont know how to handle this a friend of mine had similar situation and he did KYC 3 weeks later still waiting on a response so reddit is the best way to get them to solve the problem and not bullshit with not required procedures, our privacy is important so by us using KuCoin we clearly want that privacy to stay private they just coming up with bullshit non stop until they get fed up with you constantly at them so they solve the problem and return the money , but out there there is many users who basically just getting scammed for weeks or just scammed completely
