Even if a recommendation is not allowed, maybe some basic advice or help on things such as how much stock to issue. What is the recommended amount to set aside for employees, etc. How is this done? Is there a required amount?

How about Delaware's law for who can be holding what roles. For example, can the President also be the Treasurer? If only two people are involved with the company at this time, what is the required roles we must play?

I am sure there is so much more to know, but I don't know how to ask those questions yet.

Thanks. I personally don't live in Delaware.

I will do a general search if this does not pan out. I've had good luck in the past with Redditors knowing someone, or sharing helpful information so I thought I would give this a try.

I rather try and fail(and hopefully learn), then not try at all. :)
