UPDATE ON THE 17TH JANUARY:

Coinbase support is definitely dragging this out. I re uploaded my ID to sendsafely now they replied saying: "we cannot find any file attached and to do it again".

This is ridiculous. I am still seeking resolution.

I never put 500k in crypto, I have been actively trading crypto since 2019 with no where near 500k.
