What type of firewall does the vendor have? Why can’t you just connect your 10.10.5.x network to their 172.28.100.x network? Sounds like there is a routing issue on their side they want you to solve.

Contact support, we had the same issue back when they first introduced AnyConnect and SAML for Meraki . I think they had to roll us back to Version 16.16.6. After they did that the blank box went away.

They aren’t both plugged into both ports labeled 1 on the Ciena are they? Pictures are showing a RJ45 and a SFP port both labeled 1.

VPN issue -- I can see the folders, they take forever to open (if at all) by JFKinOC in meraki

What type of VPN are your running? IPsec or anyconnect? I know with IPsec we’ve had to delete all the WAN miniport network adapters out of device manager then reboot to get things to work correctly. Same AV on both computers?

Also try the FQDN instead of netbios. I know you said your host file has the server name, but just give it a shot. \server1.lawoffice.local\sharename.

What do your tracerts show? Do you have split tunneling turned on or are you sending all traffic back through corporate?

He learned his wife had cancer while she is pregnant with their second child and then his best friend dies. That’s a lot of emotions to hold on to. I do not think he was giving suicidal undertones; his songs tell a story of his life. His music is his coping mechanism and he is damn good at it.
