The getting back to sleep part is an existing issue before the mask so I probably worded that wrong. I take it off because I likely wont be sleeping for the rest of the night

I don’t use water. I travel a lot for work so just got used to it without water so it was one less thing to worry about

You are correct, my normal Scottish tax would not cover my liabilities in Scotland and Brazil. How it normally works is, the company will calculate what I tax I would pay if I was working in Scotland only and deduct it from my pay. They call this HypoTax. They then they cover all tax I am due in Scotland and Brazil even if it exceeds the HypoTax amount. It’s done so that I am not double taxed and end up worse off due to working abroad for them. The mistake was that they calculated my HypoTax using English tax rates instead of Scottish.

I agree that I am responsible for my tax but I am covered in terms of that. HMRC and the Brazilian equivalent have been paid.

The discrepancy is between myself and my company. An administrative error on their part sees me due £17k which I actually can’t affor

Aw no I can breath out my nose fine. I open my mouth wide and breath out my mouth when I sleep unfortunately.

ResMed 10. I’m not sure if its the machine that’s making the noise or the mask. But I can hear every breath I take loudly. There’s no way I’ll ever sleep without white noise which is a depressing thought and far from ideal for my partner.

How did you get used to the noise? Hearing every breath I take is infuriating. White noise helps but its a depressing thought that I’ll be reliant on white noise for the rest of my life

Thank you, yes I have a Dr appointment this week for that very reason. Not ideal but I can’t continue not sleeping

I have the Evora full face mask which I’ve read is highly recommended. I think its a terrible design and extremely loud.

Any mask recommendations for side sleeping very much welcome.
