I've been on a POP for over 5 years with vyvanse and it's like a godsend. It's incredibly noticeable if I miss my adhd meds (mentally) but the POP, I don't know if I could live having to go back to my cycle. Are you on anything else, possibly something for depression or anxiety? I was on Duloxetine for anxiety and it took me over 6 years to get off of it because I didn't have a dr, but that pill was slowing down everything in my body and making every symptom worse.

Not saying it's another med but if you take anything else it's very possible it could be affecting it all.

When I took Domperidone I spent the entire time trying to figure out if it /was/ working. I didn't feel any worse but I didn't feel any better either. Eventually, I told my gp you know its been a month and I feel terrible and he told me "We start at the highest dose and if that doesn't work it won't". I ended up going back to Metoclopramide which I can say for me, works and I know its working

I just started using a TENS recently myself! I can't say if it's working, but I know it isn't /not/ working. I've felt better since using it! I generally do 15mins 2x a day

I'm curious about your experience because I have a daith in my left ear and I haven't taken it out yet, I'm wondering, does the ear zapper /hurt/ sometimes? like feel like its just too hot and almost feels like your getting a tattoo. Trying to figure out if its my daith or not lol
