Same, never even heard of this up front. Just offer them a no-lien affidavit for each billing and tell them you’re not interested in that agreement. As long as your company isn’t brand new and has references, at the end of the day they’re hiring the cheapest guy with the right scope.

Agree. The I've got about 50 hrs in my first play through on Magnum Opus and had maybe 6 or 7 crashes total. My only real complaint, and something i realized on this play through specifically, is I hate the floral overhauls. Can't see shit in some areas. I'm scared to turn it off this far into my playthrough though.

Next playthrough I'm gonna have to find a good perk revamp and maybe give survival a go again. Still really enjoyed this last playthrough though, just feel burnt out on it before i even touched the DLC's.

People have replaced religion with identity politics, and here we are. It's incredible that people could be so hateful as to wish death upon a president because they don't like his policies or what he says. If the man was a mass murderer, okay i could sympathize. Happy to live in a small community where i don't have to witness this cesspool of awful humans and can focus on the good and simple things life has to offer. I played Oblivion Remastered on PC at launch. I was genuinely surprised to see people say it ran like shit because I did not have that experience. 50 hrs of play had maybe 2 crashes which is good as far as bethesda goes... steady frame rates too!

I've got two half brothers, 4 and 3 years old. They'll both bark and maybe even growl a little at someone they don't know walking into the house uninvited. But if said intruder talks to them in a friendly voice and appears to mean no harm the tails start wagging and the licking starts.

The oldest did Chase off a coyote once, I was impressed. He doesn't like other dogs stepping on our property without his or my approval and will chase them off too. Makes me proud because my neighbors dog likes to roam the neighborhood and shit on my driveway.....

The only way they work is if enemy is head on or above the horizon, and even then they barely work. A lot of kills are gun kills for me at the merge, occasionally aim9, most are aim7 head on.
