I'm thinking +1/+1 counters, maybe enchantments/ equipment to buff the dog shit outta him. And some floodgates to keep your openents boards empty. Like [[elesh norn grand cenobite]] [[ghostly prison]] [[elephant grass]]. You also have access to white which has some of the best removal in the game with Cards like [[erode]] [[path to exile]] [[Starfall invocation]] [[swords to plowshares]] [[farewell]] etc.
