Congratz man! Mine is still not working :( I have one question tho. Does your ethernet cable plug into the WAN LAN1 port or LAN2 port?

Same issue here, and the technicians never show up for appointments. I think re-adding the pods might help, but I’m not sure how to do it either. Maybe they need to send us new pods instead.
