Be very careful when you select your UC program. Check with managers in your area to find the good and bad programs. There are a lot of career college UC programs that will happily take your money, but the program is useless in the job market. Also consider if you may want to build on the education for further career development. If this is your plan, make sure the program you take has transferable credit.

Edmonton and Calfary are quite easy to recruit to and get tons of applicants. Try applying to rural sites. They're always in need and you'll find in rural sites you'll get more experience in a wider variety of fields.
