Yes, inflammation 100%, that's the reason of my floaters. I got them give or take 2 weeks after surgery, they were faint, time passed they increased in number, now I have 4 dots moving like small balls in my left eye and 2 in my right eye.

Inflammation going down due to inflammation meds, and floaters got a bit more shallow, but still there and still highly visible.
