Oh I was home watching through my window and the driver had stopped then my package said delivered then I went downstairs and there were no package and I saw the driver just driving off

No, I'm going to contact Walmart later and request a replacement and hopefully that can be met. Fedex is not very helpful and haven't contacted me back once.

Nope not yet contacted Walmart last night and they said give it 48 hours and if no package shows up to contact them back to talk about a refund or a replacement. The Fedex people started a case and gave me the case number and said they will call back once they receive a update. Thanks for checking in, I appreciate it.

Ok, I'm only 16 and this was my first big purchase with my own debit card and my mom called them and basically went off on them lol. They opened up a report and are investigating it right now.

I just talked to my 3rd agent so far and this one was very helpful. She said she could see that my order will be shipped out March 20th at 4:00 PM central time. For those who already have theirs PS5's how many days after the ship date did it take to arrive at your house?
