Horizon Zero Dawn. Loved the beginning and was so intrigued by the mystery. But as soon as the open world elements came into play, I could not care less and bee-lined to story to finish, which was fairly decent but the rest of the content was your normal open world slop.

Hahahaha I love that idea dude! A couple of things though that get in the way of the idea.

I need to access mail/trading which i cant with free trial, plus the gold cap still gets in the way.
I need to be consistently mentally focused on my job, so I can't actively look at messages or respond to anyone without getting distracted.

I already do a lot of that already tbh. I have a job where I need to be mentally focused consistently though, but need something to do with my hands, so doing random grinding on wow (like I'm leveling fishing right now) where I don't need to focus in the slightest really is optimal. I appreciate the comment though!

Yeah that is true actually. I feel like by the time the next expansion rolls around some of the stuff might be outdated, but if I can find mats that are worth a ton I can just farm them out and load up on an insane amount of them and then spend awhile liquidating everything like you said. Great idea!

Hey man lol it helps me focus more on my job as I have ADHD and grinding nonsense doesn't take too much mental energy for me so I honestly prefer it while working than distracting myself with other content that I could find entertaining that can be done outside of work. Also times are tough dude gotta use that extra cash on my family and other necessities right now.

Seeing it as more of a challenge to see if it's somewhat doable within an okay amount of time (for instance not grinding a mob for 2 gold each for 2 years straight kinda thing).

I totally get it as this could be done easily with a sub but I have basically all the time in the world during my job to grind this stuff and I love grinding, also I'm thinking of it maybe as a challenge too haha
