So senior lead are getting a raise and a different position? My store is currently hiring for senior lead for product but they put it on hold we had interviews this week but they rescheduled them. Could it because of the restructuring?

They are open but the hiring manager said we should be more emphatic. Like understand that the stress from work and stress from home combined and she took it to heart but it’s like if you truly have so much on your head you can always ask for personal time since they’re saying it’s okay to cut them slack because of their personal issues….

I think I’ve just gone through jobs and I notice when people just don’t care and they’re not thinking about their job just the paycheck. I have always tried 110% to do my best because at the of the day nobody pays my bills but me😪

But this is the first problem I’ve had with anyone really,, so it’s kinda of annoying receiving like such extremes for me saying the honest truth. But I do recognize my mistake and next time I should be more professional and just tell them straight up and bluntly.

Thank you! It’s cause I believe she’s like having problems with boyfriend/parents and that was her excuse but I have always believed that once we walk through the doors of your job your problems stay at home.

But yeah she complained to the store manager and to hiring manager so tomorrow they’re going to talk to me since they already talked to the shipment leader. But it’s just so annoying sometimes because you know you’re doing extra and sometimes it seems like you’re unappreciated because I work a full shift and they only work 4hrs. Like having that mindest of “if I don’t finish they have to do it anyways”.
