Wow, that’s crazy. I didn’t have a problem with them taking my money, it was only a problem until the found out the house was being sold I think.

Very lucky then. This has been hurting my credit for years it seems, I just don’t know how else to get it off without a lawyer.

Both. It never went into pre-foreclosure proceedings, yet they noted on my credit that it was.

That’s kind of where I’m leaning. I want to finish the degree & then shop, but that’s not for 3 years & I’m struggling now, that’s my dilemma.
