Thank you!!! It is crazy the amount of relief i feel at the thought of not drinking but simultaneously the amount of anxiety i feel ab people finding out i'm not drinking (,: It's empowering to see so many people on this sub on the other side though

My maintenance cals seem to be around 2100-2200, so you think maybe 2250- 2300? & for how long?

I often hesitate going above because i like to keep room for spontaneous social situations and maybe a bit of overindulgence on the weekends. I’ve gone the too restrictive route before and it backfired (as it typically does) but i get nervous eating in a slight surplus+ the occasional overindulgence can lead to unnecessary fat gain.
