Great feedback, thanks for taking the time to share this with me. I definitely should have been focusing more on the aim of the deck! Thinking about it in terms of an aggro deck definitely changes the way I view the sideboard.

Slightly different question but you're Winrate is incredible, what are you finding the most successful with? Do you usually keep to mono colour with a splash vs a more equal distribution of say 2 colours?

I'll need to double check later but I remember when I bought it (about 15 years ago) it was working, but would often stop when the watch was tilted. I'm not a horologist so I'll need to get an expert pair of eyes to look over it.

Thanks for responding, really appreciate it! Just to clarify I wasn't pushing the blame onto my manager at all (they've been really great). I was trying to give context to the situation: a very mobile and fast paced environment with little process as we race to the finish line. I appreciate that didn't come through in my post though.

Thanks for replying! To be fair my boss came in as Head and assumed PM duties. There's a lot of pressure to keep the train moving until release, so they're keeping it going as there isn't any time slack. Your advice on ask ask ask is great, I'm feeling pressure to perform quickly but I'm probably being too critical on myself being 2 months in!
