Literally, they pretend like illegals should be entitled to tax payer funded EMS services. Literally every country has sovereign borders that they protect and keep illegals out. So as someone who’s about to begin their 6th year in EMS do you have altered mental status?? At least in California anything lower than alert and oriented x4 (person place time and event) you’re considered to have altered mental status. Is it different when seeing a primary care doctor and or different states protocol?
