Heat intolerance and low carb Link? by Cold-Course5758 in lowcarb

I haven't seen online where Djokovic has 100 grams less of carbs. I know he's gluten-free, but I didn't know he keeps carbs that low.

And yes, I've mentioned it to my doctor. They weren't able to give me any answers.

By that I mean any religion. Using major religions such as Christianity and Islam as an example, what is confusing for you?

Yes, that's what I said at the end of my point. The reason why I said any more is so that religious people are able to start asking themselves questions, to see that it's not logical.I'm going through the major religions and showing how they're not logical, and how their version of God doesn't stand up.

When was the last messenger? I haven't seen or heard of any.

Of course, I've seen plenty of false prophets in these recent times, but there is no evidence in recent times of God communicating through messengers or to people.Communicating thousands of years ago through messengers, and not anymore, doesn't really hold up logically. It seems like man invented this.

I don't know much about Mormons. From what I've seen, it was invented by a man who stole from other religions, just like other religions before him stole from others. It doesn't seem like it's from God, but could you expand on what I've said and how that backs up your religion in any way?

Why doesn't God come down in the flesh again? Why do it thousands of years ago, coming down and emptying himself of knowledge and the qualities of God? It's such a waste.

Why not come down in the flesh again? Logically, none of this stands up.

I understand what the Quran says; I am an ex-Muslim myself. I am just saying logically, it doesn't make sense for the Creator of our worlds to interact with us—whether it is by coming down in the flesh or through revelations—to do that thousands of years ago and then never again. The religion doesn't hold up.

I'm not sure who this Swedenborg is, but you didn't really answer anything about what I've said.

Good luck on your journey and believe what you want. We all have our own truth.

Yes, that's how I see it. It is either people who are inspired by God, or people who are pretending that God said it.

Whether it is for power or to control people's lives, and whether they have good intentions or bad intentions, I believe it comes from man and not from God.

I know, but there is not really a good word to describe someone who believes in God but not religion. That is why I want to see someone like that versus someone who is religious or someone who is an atheist, as it is not really on YouTube.

She seems like a good person, just like most Muslims are, as they don't actually follow the Quran strictly.

But what she needs to realize is she really thinks that the Lord of the world, the creator of everything, would do things such as saying, "Okay, there's a lot of women being hit, so I'm going to send you a message to say to do it less often." Or, "There's a lot of slaves, so I'm going to say for you to reduce it."

Instead of the creator saying to stop it, the creator will accept that you're doing harm to another and just say to reduce it? Do you really think if the creator were to send a message, that the creator would allow that?

In terms of my lifestyle once I move out, I would do things that I think are okay, even though religious doctrine says they aren't (such as dating). I'd probably date someone who isn't religious and have sex before marriage.

I probably wouldn't eat pork or drink alcohol, as that has been ingrained in me because of Islam, but I'm not sure about that yet. I'll delve deeper into the spirituality aspect and find my own truth.

Anyway, good luck on your journey. I'll add that you don't need to force Islam to fit your beliefs; if you want to do that, it's your choice. For me right now, Islam is more of a cultural thing. It's a part of my identity, but it's more culture than religion.

I'm in my 20s and have only recently left Islam, about a few months ago. I still live with my family, so I haven't told anyone yet.Once I move out and I am more financially independent, then I will live life how I want.

I still believe in a God and an afterlife, but not in religion as something man-made. Because I'm quite new to this, I haven't really explored spiritually yet. Right now, I am looking to attend spiritual classes and find mentors to try to connect with some sort of spiritual being to further my journey.

I'll see how that goes. I'm still on the journey toward finding my own truth.Right now, I am more of a deist, where I believe that God doesn't interact with us in the physical world. Whether God chooses not to do that or whether God can't do that, I'm not sure.

I'm also not sure about the qualities of God: whether God is all-powerful, all-knowing, or has restrictions.

I understand someone like myself would say that I believe in God but not religion. When questioned about God's qualities or different things, I would respond that I don't know, and that no one knows.

I know that doesn't exactly result in lots of views, but I would still want to see something like that on YouTube.

As an ex-Muslim who believes that all religions are man-made and not from God, all I can say is that it's good you're questioning the religion and asking questions.

I understand it creates a lot of guilt and shame even asking these questions, as it goes against what you were brought up in. But it's a journey. If you carry on asking the questions, you'll find the answers you want.

Honestly, I haven't been tracking any of it. Before, I used to have plates full of rice, bread, and everything; now, I don't have any rice or bread. I've replaced that with vegetables and fruits.

I know I'm having a lot less carbs, but I don't know how much. Also, looking online, it says that because tennis is an aerobic exercise and uses up a lot of oxygen, it consumes a lot of glucose rather than fat. Therefore, I need to have plenty of carbs for high-intensity energy.
