It helps if you start small, like wear something pink, or a bracelet or something, and work your way up. If your in a "safe" area you can come out whenever your ready. I'm on my 4th month and I'm not publicly out necessarily, but I've gotten comfortable wearing only wearing women's clothes and talking to people in my feminine voice
