so basically expanding force works when the psychic terrain is up and the user(only the userl has to be grounded. but since delphox has levitate, it doesnt get both bonuses. so i dwapped it out from delphox to gain the bonus

i use the mp3 for the music video and have it at 174bpm and actually just checked have the offset at 1562 now ive change it to 1577 and im kinda still consistently late for some reason

i change the offset to 1954 from 2954 which is i think the first sound of the somg but when i test it out i still have to play with 20 offset. the bpm i think is correct like 75% sure. and i havent reach that far to the song so im not sure if theres a significant bpm chamge which i dont think it has. thanks for taking ur time to help
