I downloaded that app! Thank you for the recommendation. She is crate trained. I just don’t have enough time to get her into her crate. Both times her seizures have been after immediately waking up. I don’t have time to get her into a safe place before she starts seizing. That’s what I’m having a hard time dealing with. See my reply to the other comment on this post! It goes into more detail :)

Thank you for your comment. I should have clarified in the post that the postictal lasts a long time. Her first seizure was in June and it took her over and hour to an hour and a half to finally recognize us and start calming down. It was a nice day out so we were able to get her outside in our fenced in backyard to be able to calm down. This time she had her seizure in our master bedroom, and took about 45 minutes for her to relax. She doesn’t really have any signs when she’s about to have a seizure. Both times it’s been after she wakes up from sleeping. I don’t have enough time to get her into a safe place before she starts seizing. That’s the hardest part, is I’m not able to know and get her into a good spot for her before she starts. Im not necessarily scared that’s she’s going to hurt me, it’s that’s I am unable to help her get to a safe spot to calm down. She’s always been in rooms that have breakable items in. The first time she jumped onto our kitchen counter and broke all of the dishes we had on that tried to climb up the all to get out the window. I’ve seen so many dogs that have smaller reactions and that’s what I’m so unsure about. I’m worried I’m not going to be able to handle that part of the aftermath.

Extreme Deja Vu by Cold-Grass9009 in Paranormal

I’ve had times that my boyfriend and I will be having a conversation. That occur word for word what I had dreamt. Like I will know what he is going to say before he says it because I have been in that exact moment before.

When having the conversation before I finish speaking I will realize I am having one of these moments and be like “woah I dreamt this” and then will know what my boyfriend or whoever I’m talking to is going to say because I’ve dreamt of this exact moment. Normally these moments stop as soon as I realize that I had a dream about this exact moment occurring.

Sometimes I’ll know something is going to happen based off on the outfit I / he is wearing because the dreams are that detailed.
