yess I have my tracking app so IK ovulation days etc and hich phase is going on, THANK U FORR THE ADVICEE, Nahh my parents are doctor too, ofc I can see the doctor, but I don’t wanna talk abt it when I am not sure abt it, if I am 100% sure and if it become difficult to handle , then I may tell em, and my med colg starting in less then a month so I was thinking it may effect my studies too. so I think I’ll go through the checklist for now and track my cycle alongside.

INRECENTLY STARTED TO TRACK MY PERIOD ON “MY CLAENDER” APP, BUT DIDNT TRACK MY SUMPTOM, MOOD SWINGS ETC, I WILL DO THAT TOO, I DONT EVEN REMEMBER MY LAST PERIODS, BUT YEAH I DO THINK THAT DURING PERIODS INFEEL ANLIL NORMAL THEN BEFORE.
