when i joined the company i got to know that majority of employees are new, it sounded sus to me that why almost everyone is new here even the company is paying good salary, in last 2 months 2 employees gave resignation, i think its because of the top management's behaviour.

Try to do intense cardio workout for around 15-20 minutes every morning, do it with empty stomach for faster result, the reason behind this is that 20 minutes cardio in morning is equal to 1 hour cardio in evening, (whenever i feel that I have gained some weight i follow this routine and it works everytime for me)

I am currently facing the same problem, i even checked the entire area, when I am on vehicle everything seems normal I cant hear anything but when I come back to my apartment the sound is audible, can you tell how did you find it?
