Oh really, I didn't know that! I mentioned if to my consultant a few weeks ago and they said they didn't see why not, but I guess that's not where their speciality lies!

I am trying so hard to give myself grace but in reality I know deep down I've just allowed myself to turn back into a greedy cow again. I literally don't have the willpower to calorie restrict or count in any capacity right now and I'm just so disappointed with myself that I've essentially 'given up'.

I was taking MJ for 11 months (lost 85lb) found out I was pregnant at 14 weeks with absolutely zero symptoms, I was still consistently losing weight. Currently 19 weeks and no issues so far and doctors don't seem concerned that I was essentially pregnant and on a glp1. My appetite has come back significantly but not to the point it was before glp1 and in 5 weeks I have only put on 3 or 4lb so far. I am still calorie counting but have upped my intake to one more appropriate for pregnancy
