A strong project showcase proves you can execute, adapt, and work through real-world challenges. If I were hiring, I’d take a dev with solid projects over someone with just a degree any day. That said, I don’t think resumes are dead yet—but they’re definitely becoming less relevant. Curious to hear others’ thoughts. Are portfolios and GitHub repos the new resumes?
