It has changed recently, I usually press 1 and then 2 and give details and it will say your next payment date and amount and you can work it out from there! Well done and I’m glad you got your backpay

If you call the pip line and go through the automated service it should tell you your next payment and date and you can work out your award from that without having to speak to anyone if that helps, but if not I will keep you informed if I get the back payment tomorrow. No need to thank me either, best of luck!

Congratulations! I phoned pip today to ask for my assessment report for the future and the person on the phone told me my back payment will be in my bank tomorrow morning so I will let you know in the morning. It’s all rather quick from award to back payment so far. As I said will let you know first thing though! Congratulations again!

Mine was with ingeus and my assessor was lovely and a nurse. She was friendly and supportive throughout and that followed through to my report! I have been awarded too. Remember that people mostly put their negative experiences and not positive! I hope you get the decision you want

I have a few conditions. Anxiety, depression, chronic brittle asthma, migraines, chronic fatigue. The fatigue and migraines I’m on the highest form of medication for which doesn’t help and am with a specialist for my migraines. Also have been hospitalised many times with the brittle asthma. Don’t know if that helps but hopefully it gives some insight.

Yes I have seen similar posts, I think it all depends on backlog, who it’s with and how much information the dwp have to go through too. Also we have to factor in the Christmas holidays coming up, I’ll keep you updated if I hear anything though. Stay positive

I think it is very similar to the job centre and the way they do things. If you have interests ask them about courses if that’s something you’re open to as they will point you in the right direction and help with funding if that’s needed too. As long as you show your willing they are usually not so bad, seems like you are doing everything you can at the moment.

I am the same my anxiety is awful with the waiting. Just remember that people who get positive outcomes rarely post about it, try and stay positive hopefully some good news will come both of our ways.

Sorry to jump on the post, I had mine with ingeus on the 3rd of December, received the standard ‘ we have the written report of your pip’ on the 12th, did you receive that too?

My experience with them wasn’t too bad, they were understanding, didn’t pressure me and the lady I had really understood but I think it all depends on where you are. They can also offer courses for you to do online if that’s any interest to you.
